Love and Support for Brian and Kris Vickery

On July 3, my parents (Brian and Kris Vickery) and Maddie's aunt Sjene, were coming home when they were T-boned by a motorhome who ran a red light. the motorhome pushed them through an intersection and left them in Pioneer middle school's lawn after bouncing off another car. All 3 passengers were taken to Emergency Care.

Sjene suffered a broken finger and many bumps and bruises and was discharged that night.

My mom suffered from a large gash to the top of her head that required staples and an overnight stay at Central Washington Hospital.

My dad was life flighted to Harborview ICU. He has skull fractures and bleeding/ swelling in the brain. He was put on a ventilator and needed a brain probe inserted to measure the amount of swelling and bleeding.

He is making great stride, they have removed the intubation as well as the probe, he is awake and talking and starting to sound like himself.

on July 7th he left the ICU!! Only to return the next day after finding cerebral spinal fluid leaking from his nose.

July 9, he is back out of the ICU! Fluids have not leaked again even after going on 2 short but by himself walks!

they continue to monitor and run tests on his eyes and memory which seem to be going well.

While trying to recover herself, my mom is with him at Harborview. This go fund me is to help with their medical expenses and expenses from not working while trying to heal.
