Love and Support for Blanka & Lola

Dear friends,
Many people have asked how they would be able to help Blanka Djukic and her little sister Lola since their father and our dear friend, +Predrag Djukic, tragically passed away from cancer a few days ago in Belgrade, Serbia.
As you know, Blanka's mother, +Tamara, also passed away from cancer at a young age, when Blanka was only six years old. Not long after, Pedja decided to move back to Serbia to be closer to family so that he would have the support that he needed in helping to raise Blanka.
This past year Pedja and his doctors did everything they could to fight his cancer during the Covid crisis. Not only was he battling cancer, but, he also contracted Covid while receiving chemo treatments at the hospital.
Blanka is currently a college student who is studying Biology at the Biološki Fakultet in Belgrade. Her little sister Lola has been battling severe health problems since she was born. They truly need all the help and support that they can get during this extremely difficult and sad time.
Blanka has faced unthinkable tragedy at such a young age. She has grown up to be a beautiful, talented, intelligent, kindhearted, respectful and loving young lady. She has her father's artistic talents and optimism and her mother's unbelievable beauty, patience and grace.
Since the majority of us are unable to attend +Pedja's funeral and we will not be able to be there to personally give Blanka, Lola and their loved ones our condolences, let us show our love and support by helping these children the best that we are able.
Let us gather together as a community, as friends, as family and as kumovi to extend our condolences to +Pedja's daughters. I know that both he and +Tamara will be forever grateful as will Blanka and Lola.
