My name is Angel Adams and for those of you who know Adam Kappauf, I am Savanna’s (his girlfriend) mom. Amy and her family have been a part of our lives for more than 3 years now.
It is with great sadness that I am creating this go fund me for Amy’s family. On Sunday 11/7, Amy suffered a stroke and seizures and was hospitalized. On 11/8 Amy suffered a second major stroke and was unable to recover. She passed away on 11/9 while resting comfortably in the hospital.
Amy leaves behind her fiancé, Larry Underwood, her four children, Maryjane (20), Adam (17), Maggie (5),and Violette (3), and many, many friends.
Because of the suddenness of losing our dear Amy, I am hoping to raise some money to help her family with funeral expenses and other every day things they may need. The family will appreciate any help you can give. Thank you in advance.
