Love and Prayers for Lisa Gruenewald

My mama, Lisa Gruenewald, some know her as Lisa Graham or Lisa Hubbard (she will love that one ha), has received some devastating news that she has a mass taking over her pelvis that is as big as your forearm in length and height.  The actual measurements are 31 x 21 x 26 cm.  She is about the size of a 6 to 7-month pregnant woman.  She has been bleeding for months and started having extreme edema in her lower extremities.  Lisa does not have insurance and is unable to get insurance because of personal reasons, but this prompted her to pay out of pocket to go to the doctor, where she then had to have a CT scan.  She has always been there for me even when I didn’t deserve it.  She is one of the best people I have ever met.  This has devastated our family.  For everyone who knows mama (Lisa) they know what an extremely giving, loving, talented, tenderhearted, hardworking, and funny woman she is. 

They are currently trying to find her a gynecological/oncologist that will accept her without insurance.  As of right now, she has probable ovarian cancer.  Her CA-125 blood test was three times the normal limit.  Her next step once she gets accepted to an oncologist will more than likely be a PET scan to further diagnose her before surgery takes place.  Good news is that her organs that they could see on the CT scan are all good and it has not metastasized to any of those organs.  The following step would be surgery to remove this mass.  

Mom and I both work for an amazing company with a great boss.  The only downfall is that we are 1099, which means no insurance and no paid days off.  She is probably looking at not being able to work for a couple months.  She is overwhelmed with financial obligations that she has.  To add to all of this, we had to put our beloved Lucy to sleep.  We had Lucy for 16 years.  She has been a constant companion for mama.  I know we can come together and try to take some of this burden off of her by giving even a small amount so she can get the proper medical help she needs.  I'm asking everyone to come in agreement that our Lord Jesus is going to give her a miraculous touch.  Please show her some love whether through a donation, prayers, or reaching out to her!  We will cherish every act of kindness!
