Hi friends and family,

We wanted to share an update about our mom, Yvonne, and invite you into what our family has been walking through.

She was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer this past December, along with ongoing complications from diabetes. From the very beginning, she faced everything with so much strength, faith, and resilience. For a time, we were able to hold onto hope as she continued to push through. In recent days, her condition has declined rapidly, and we are now in the final stage of her time with her under hospice care.

Right now, our world has slowed down in every way. We are spending as much time with her as possible, making sure she is comfortable, surrounded by love, and not alone. It is a deeply emotional and overwhelming time for our family, and we are doing our best to balance being by her side while managing everything else that comes with this season of life.

Many of you know us through West Coast World Martial Arts, where we have had the privilege of teaching and growing alongside this community for so many years. You have been such an important part of our lives, and it is because of that connection that we feel comfortable opening up and asking for support.

If you are able to contribute, any donation will help ease the financial burden of medical expenses and hospice care during this time. Your support allows us to focus on what matters most, which is being present with our mom and cherishing every moment we have with her.
