Hi I’m Josefina Our mom is one of the strongest women we know. She raised 6 kids on her own and worked hard her entire life to do the best she could for us. We didn’t always have everything growing up, but our mom always tried her hardest to make sure we were taken care of and felt loved. She sacrificed so much for all of us. She is also a proud grandmother to 20 grandchildren who love her deeply and will miss her so much.

Over the past several months, we and our mom have been going through a heartbreaking medical journey. She has been in and out of hospitals, had surgeries, tests, and scans while doctors tried to figure out what was wrong. We kept hoping for answers and that things would get better.

We were recently told that our mom has advanced stomach cancer and that she may not have much time left. Right now we are trying to focus on spending as much time with her as possible and making sure she is surrounded by love and family.

We are starting this fundraiser to help with medical expenses, upcoming funeral costs, and to have her medical records reviewed by a malpractice attorney, as doctors are now saying the cancer may have been present for a long time before it was discovered.

Although doctors may say one thing, we know that God has the final say. We are asking everyone to please keep our mom in your prayers and pray with us for a miracle.
