Help Us Welcome Baby Wisdom with Love

Dear Family and Friends,

Guess what? We’re doing it again! Baby #2 is on the way, and we’re so excited to welcome Baby Wisdom into the world! This time around, instead of doing a traditional baby registry (because honestly, we’ve still got onesies hiding in couch cushions), we’re asking for something a little different. We’d love for you to contribute toward helping us cover the costs of midwifery care, a doula, and all the baby essentials we’ll need to make sure Wisdom enters the world in the safest and most loving way possible.

But real talk—this is about more than just comfort. As Black parents, we know how critical it is to have care that truly sees and hears us. Black mothers are 3-4 times more likely to experience complications during childbirth, and we’re not leaving our safety up to chance. With a midwife and doula by our side, we can make sure that Wisdom enters this world with care rooted in love, respect, and intention.

Since home births come with out-of-pocket costs (and because we’ve got enough baby socks to last a lifetime), we’re asking for your support to help us create the birth experience we deserve.

• Midwifery services to keep us both safe and supported.

• Doula support to hold us down emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

• Baby essentials so Wisdom isn’t out here struggling
