Denise Tessitore is one of the most caring and compassionate RN's on 2NA at Griffin Hospital, and one of the most caring and compassionate humans in general. This past week, Denise's husband, Mario, suffered a hemorrhagic stroke and is currently in the Intensive Care Unit. Due to the current pandemic, Denise is unable to visit Mario and relies on phone calls and the occasional video chat to check in. Additionally, Denise is the main caregiver for her elderly mother-in-law and her and Mario's young son Joey . Denise is a beloved member of our 2 North Family and we will do anything we can to support her and her family through this tough time. Thank you for your support!

Update: Thank you everyone for your generous donations. Mario passed peacefully this afternoon. We continue to keep the entire Tessitore family in our thoughts and prayers during this time.
