I’m Maggie Luba’s daughter. Some may know her as Juliet, the sweet woman who devoted her life to her 5 children and her grandchildren. Not only is she the most amazing Mother, Friend and Grandmother but she would be the definition of a hard working woman who owns a small business. Her custom tailor shop on 104th and U.S. 1 (French Juliet Tailor) has become the best Tailor Shop in Miami. Spending endless hours, delicately authenticating each garment to request. 
Almost 10 years ago my mother was diagnosed with Stage 4 breast cancer resulting in a double mastectomy, Chemotherapy and radiation which was extremely tough on her body. She was back and forth in remission and continuous chemotherapy. She continued to fight by trying all kind of treatments, including healthy vegan diets and more.
In November of last year 2020 she started having headaches unrelieved by medications. She had a brain scan and an MRI showed multiple brain tumors. New treatments were added to try to combat the tumors but her body can only tolerate so much with awful side effects of the treatments. Her tumors continued to grow and multiply. Even through all of that, she continued to go to work. She loves what she does and loves her customers like family.
On top of everything, last year, COVID impacted her small business just like many other small business owners, having to remain closed for several months. This has put her in a tight spot where she continued to struggle with finances and fell behind. My mother is the heart, soul & pure talent to her business. Everything has become very challenging. My family and I are not under the circumstances to be able to afford to pay all of the costs. I would love for her to worry a little less with a little bit of help. Our family would greatly appreciate any donation that comes to heart.
