On 12/30/21, Reina and David Pomeroy and their family found out their home on Vista Lane in Louisville, CO burned down. Wildfires blazed through her neighborhood and the surrounding community, and 30K people have had to evacuate already.

About the family: Reina is currently the Head of Community at Modern Fertility and has devoted her life to supporting people through their fertility journeys. She is one of the most selfless people I've met. Reina and her family are deeply committed to mutual aid, volunteering, and community support, and plan to use this money to support their basic needs while also redistributing and donating to their neighbors and local community.

 

About me (the person behind the fundraiser): My name is Hannah Levy, and I'm a close family friend that worked with Reina at Modern Fertility for the last two years. I'm helping raise money for the Pomeroy family to support them through this devastating loss. They just purchased their home in August after an incredibly stressful home buying process (the New York Times covered their home purchase journey) and had just settled into their new lives when this disaster struck.
