Louisiana Missouri Concerned Citizens organization is partnering with the John Cotton Memorial Animal Shelter to combat the severe feral cat issue we have in Louisiana, Missouri. We are raising funds for the TNR program. Our goal is to trap, neuter, and release as many of the cats as possible. They will be taken back to their designated colony once fixed. The feral cat issue can only be managed by getting them fixed. The more cats we are able to spay and neuter, the quicker we can curb the cat epidemic.
