Hello everyone!
I'd like to ask a favor to all of you who know my father Louis D'Ambrosio Jr.
I have started this Go Fund Me in the effort to help my father who is at a pivotal point in his life. As most of you know, he has been disabled for the past 4 years. During this time, he has undergone multiple knee surgeries, countless hours of rehabilitative therapy, and has been under the care of a team of Doctors, and Specialisits. He has maintained a positive outlook through these medical issues, and as always; remains happy and of course, cracking jokes. However, two weeks ago he was faced with yet another Medical setback. He was diagnosed with Squeamous Cell Carcinoma also known as: Throat Cancer.
I'd like to personally ask all who are able, and willing to make any size donation to help offset the ever increasing costs of his Medical Bills. He is on a fixed income, and has limited funds to allocate to his Medical Care, which includes rising costs of daily prescriptions, Co-Pays for weekly Doctor Visits, transportation expenses, and other treatments/procedures associated with his care.
