It's with the heaviest heart and deepest sadness to share that this afternoon my father, Louis Roman, has passed. Early in the morning, his aorta suddenly burst, and by this afternoon, there was nothing left that could be done to save him.

If you ever crossed paths with my father, then you knew what an amazing, godly, strong, courageous, hardworking, and family-loving man he was. He would help anyone in need and treated everyone with kindness and respect. He was an RN with AdventHealth for 47 years. He was the sole provider for my mother and disabled siblings. With his sudden passing, nothing was set in place to keep things afloat. With a mortgage, car payment, funeral, and my mother's diabetes medication, she is going to be in need of help.

We are completely devastated by his sudden passing. My father was the best man in the world. He leaves behind his wife of almost 50 years, Laura MacFarland Roman; his children Amy, Jason (wife Katy), Christopher(Wife Brianne), Katherine (husband Thomas), Joshua, Timothy, and Shaun; grandchildren Ashlee, Jason Jr., Aidan, Allyana, Adalyse, and Airalynn; a sister Linda Lasher; and nieces Megan, Margaret, Elizabeth, Kathryn, and Maddison.
