Hi there and THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS for stopping by and taking the time to read about the tragic event that happened to us!

On Monday, August 10th, there was a storm that came through the Midwest that caused significant damage for a lot of people. That night the storm caused a power outage at my house, but the power did come back on. Except when the power came back on it caused my fuse box, that was located in the back of the house, to spark or ignite and before we knew it the kitchen was filled with smoke and flames.

My significant other and I had to act quickly because we own 6 cats and 3 dogs. We were able to escape the fire with all animals alive and unharmed. We were able to salvage a few clothing items and some personal items, but everything else was lost in the fire.
