Louis has signed up with school to go on a Camps International trip to Peru which will take place in Summer 2026, please find his introduction below

Hi everyone,

My name is Louis. I am 14 years old and in the Summer of 2026 I will be joining a Camps International trip to Peru for 4 weeks.

Whilst in Peru, I will be helping with community and conservation projects and I will also be lucky enough to be trekking to the ancient Inca city of Machu Picchu.

This amazing experience will open my eyes to new places, people and new cultures whilst gaining confidence, team building and life skills that I will never forget.

Part of the experience involves me fundraising the cost of the trip.

We began this by collecting christmas trees in our village. We have lots of ideas to work on (Quiz, Bingo, Cake sales, School fete, Childrens Disco)

All funds raised will go towards the overall cost of this once in a lifetime trip.

Please help me to support these sustainable projects in Peru (building greenhouses for food production, renovation of sanitation facilities, schools & community development and conservation projects)
