I got top surgery on 8th August 2025

The cost was £9510, plus £400 for two consultations, plus the £180 for a gender specialist’s approval for surgery.

I have reduced the goal for this GoFundMe as I have been able to save around half of the total cost on my own.

Any donations given from August 2025 will go towards paying for the remaining loan cost (approx £5000). Funds have also gone towards petrol money, a cheap hotel for my mam to stay in while I stay in hospital overnight, and any additional costs for post-op care.

The NHS waiting list is so long that I've not been seen (even for hormones) since my referral to the Porterbrool Clinic three years ago.
