Louie's Fight Against Kidney Cancer

One of Milwaukee's most long-standing and beloved musicians, Louie Lucchesi, has been stricken with stage 4 kidney cancer.  While donating blood, it was noticed that Louie's iron levels were extremely low. Upon a regimen of testing, it was determined that he was anemic and a tumor was discovered on his kidney. After further testing, it was found that the cancer had spread to his lungs and lymph nodes.  His current course of treatment is immunotherapy every 3 weeks combined with monthly iron shots. The immunotherapy is just the first beginning stage of treatment. Additional treatment could be including, but not limited to, removal of his kidney if his body reacts well to the immunotherapy.

His current condition and ongoing treatments have made it impossible for Louie to continue to work.  We are hoping to raise this money to support medical and personal expenses for Louie and Brandy.
