Louie needs to see a vet

This is Katherine and I’ve hit hard times. I will survive but sweet love Louie is in desperate need to see a vet. I do not have the funds or credit cards to take him. I set an amount but I have no idea what the cost. He is struggling with lungs or heart and he needs attention. Immediately.Vets won’t see you without money. My heart is breaking and if you can help in any way I would appreciate beyond belief. I’m embarrassed to ask but I can’t watch him suffer. Those that know me know how much I love this little man.
