Louie Medina (Husband, Father, Veteran)

On Friday the 22nd of October, the Lord recruited a new angel. We lost a  pillar of our community, and our hearts are so heavy. Louie Medina was a husband, father, Marine veteran, Commander of American Legion Post 785, and so much more. Louie was taken from us and his family unexpectedly without the ability to say goodbye. His passion for veterans, our community, and his family was apparent to anyone who interacted with him.

 

Louie was not the type of person to ask for help, he always has been the one who has been there for others asking how he can help. This is why Post 785 has organized this GO FUND ME page on his behalf. Along with the emotional stress an unexpected death brings, it also follows the financial burdens. With so many questions on what the future will bring, we wanted to emphatically let the Medina family know that they have the support of the community behind them.

 

Post 785 is raising money along with the Medina family to help offset the costs they will incur and to support them in this time of need. Every little bit will help. We truly believe it is in these hard times of loss and sadness when our community comes together in the most beautiful way, to support the people we care about.
