Hello, my name is Jay Castleberry and I have started this fund for my cousin, Louie Castleberry.

In the past few weeks Louie has been in the hospital with a broken foot and heart problems.

Louie broke his foot and it is requiring multiple surgeries and fusions. This process put stress on his heart, caused multiple atrial fibrillations, and Louie had a heart attack.

When the doctors addressed this they found multiple heart blockages and are putting in stints.

Louie has been placed in a Marieta nursing home until he can get scheduled for more surgeries to come.

This fundraiser is being done to help Louie with his medical bills and lost income during this time.
