Loui The Rescue dog

HI.. My name is CiCi and on Sunday I rehomed a little rescue dog called Louie.

Louie is a 2yo Spoodle and he has some mental & physical issues from neglect.
It's not about what happened to him, but what we can do to give this little sweetheart the best chance at a loving and healthy new life.

When he was rescued he was in a bit of  state with mattered fur, a bad limp, malnutrition and extreme anxiety.  His foot was so infected they had to amputate one of his toes. His back leg has been limping for so long that the muscle mass has gone and we need to rehabilitate it with some hydrotherapy & some doggie physio.

His personality is so loving & affectionate, however in the past week he has shown distress and confusion by barking and waking up in night terrors.  I have also copped a few nips, he doesn't mean it but he needs extensive training.

I am starting this page as this week alone in meds, proper food, anxiety jackets and diffusers I have spent $1000 and I have not even started his journey back to health.  I am also hiring a dog trainer to come to my home and help him trust humans again.

If you can help with anything and what we have left over we will donate it to another doggie rescue foundation to assist in helping others like Louie.
Please share if you can!

We thank you from the bottom of our hearts and can't wait for you to meet this little guy.

Cici & Loui the Legend.
