LOUD: Queer Youth Theater is a Black, queer, TGNC youth theater company that uses culturally rooted methods to cultivate a community of unapologetic Black queer and trans performers in New Orleans.
Help us build our LOUD library! We are raising funds to buy books and shared theater equipment for current and future LOUD youth to have access to.
PHASES: an open mic organized by Black trans/gender expansive/queer youth specifically for BIPOC queer & trans folks under the age of 27 that showcases the work of young BIPOC trans & queer poets, thespians, dancers, and more in New Orleans.
We're also hiring new youth staff, training youth in theater tech, and planning a GAY-LA this Spring to commemorate our 10 year anniversary.
