We are all aware of the tragedies happening in Puerto Rico. Although it’s happening at a distance, it is hitting home (right here in Lancaster) for some of us. One person in particular, our friend/member Lou. Lou is a member of our fitness fam and 7 of his family members are displaced. All 7 members are flying to PA and will be staying with Lou in Lancaster till further notice. This makes for 11 people under one house hold. It’s hard enough keeping food in the fridge for two some days, therefore they have a creative road ahead of them. Our hearts, prayers & support go to Lou and his family. He is apart of our fitness family and forever our friend. They need HELP. We are their community & extended family. Together we can help them overcome adversity.
