Hi, my name is Emma. Mum of Lottie. I'm fundraising to help Lottie get access to the UK's best watch designed for Epilepsy. Unfortunately Lottie's epilepsy is unlikely to be controlled, even by the endless amounts of medicine she is on. Her story of life is like a rollercoaster and we never know what is going happen. It is really hard to watch your little girl go through traumatic times, where you feel completely helpless. To keep Lottie safe, for peace of mind I have done some research to what could help Lottie in her daily life. I have discovered an Epileptic watch, would work perfectly for her and would give me as a mum, a peace of mind.
Lottie's epilepsy is changing all the time due to her growing, body changing, medicine changes, illnesses and many other things that contribute to this. Not every seizure is the same, and sometimes it is very difficult to establish seizures. Lottie suffers with Focal and Tonic Clinic seizures. She was diagnosed just after turning 1, and I've been on a learning journey with her ever since. Unfortunately, these watches cannot be funded via the NHS or other organisations, so I am seeking help from our family, friends and others to help get Lottie the watch which could potentially help her live a normal day to day life without worrying constantly and giving us a better understanding of seizure activity without her having to into hospital for EEG's and tests.
We would be very grateful if anyone can just give a little to help this brave, strong amazing little girl!
