Surgery for our friend Loth

Hello everybody! We are trying to raise money for our friend Loth in Tanzania. We have been close with him since he was a schoolboy and now he is a 28yr old loving husband and father. He has been diagnosed with a Giant Cell Tumor in his fibia and knee. It is currently in danger of autoamputaion, losing his leg. He needs close to $20,000 (update $28,500) for an out of country (Tanzania) operation to save his leg. The surgery would be in India or possibly South Africa. This is urgent. If you can, please help.
