Lost Wheelchair

My name is Joel. My niece Hannah has a genetic condition called Spinal Muscular Atrophy.  This condition prevents her from walking. She requires a specialized lightweight Panthera wheelchair to get around. I was transporting her wheelchair from the hospital back to our house. During that trip her much needed and very rare lightweight wheelchair rolled out of the bed of my truck.  I was in North Portland in the St. John's neighborhood  on Allegheny Ave the last time it was seen. We are hoping to find it but so far we have not. She needs a replacement so she is able to be independent.  I feel terrible she is without her wheelchair and her independence. I am looking to replace it to help meet this need. I feel responsible  since it was in my care when it was lost. Hannah is very dear to me and I will do what it takes to help her.
