Lost Dairy Herd in a Barn Fire

Donation protected
We live on a small farm with a herd of dairy goats. About 9 years ago we lived through a tornado that leveled our entire property, including our home and 5 buildings. We were blessed not to lose any family members and very little livestock. We spent a very long time rebuilding our lives after that and we were just beginning to get back to normal when tragedy struck again. We were awoke early this morning (2/23/15) to find our barn fully engulfed in flames. We rushed to save all that we could but it was too late, the barn was already collapsing in the basement. We lost almost all of our furry family, which many were more like pets than mere livestock. We lost our entire herd of dairy goats, some of which had been with us since the tornado. Coaly, our eldest goat, had recently injured her neck and had been laid up for several weeks, requiring daily attention to hand feed and water her. She was just beginning to get back on her feet and we were so excited. Also, our nanny goats were just a couple of weeks from giving birth. Lastly our well pump and pressure tank were contained in our barn and have now been destroyed which means we have no water for our house and the surviving animals. We are very down on our luck at the moment and would be blessed if our neighbors would help us out in any way that they can.
