'Lost Time' is a film that looks into the issues surrounding mental well-being after the death of a loved one. The story focuses on two brothers, looking at how they've coped following the passing of their father, and what they must go through to gain closure.
The 9 Minds Production Team are a group of students at the Univesity of Chichester, studying in our final year. As our most ambitious project to date, the money we raise will help in the production of 'Lost Time', as we strive to tell an emotional story as well as raising awarness for the issues faced in the film.
This is a fast-growing issue within our generation, all of us, including men, need to talk about our feelings and open to those closest to us. The sad truth is that everyone will experience grief and bereavement in their life, and we want to be truthful in our portrayal of it. Casting 20/30-year-old male leads is just one of the ways in which we will do this.
