Lost sponsor for boxing match because I’m a patriot

Hey guys. As you all saw on X, a sponsor pulled out of sponsoring me for my upcoming boxing match on the 31st August, in Dublin Ireland for Misfits boxing. They were going to sponsor me £4000 ($5000). My coach who is also my manager landed me the deal.

They pulled out because I associate myself with Tommy, and because I attended and spoke at the incredible Uniting the Kingdom rally on the 27th, which we all know was an incredible, joyful and peaceful day.

We all know what’s happening in our country now.

A percentage of the money was going to go back into the gym (South Oxhey Amateur Boxing Club) to help the juniors. The gym is on a council estate in a rough part of the Watford area. The kids look up to high profile fighters like myself and were excited to hear they might get some new gear, as the gym is struggling at the moment.

The money also would have gone towards helping myself with the everyday things. Fuel costs travelling to and from the gym everyday, food, my shorts and boots etc for the night. Other training equipment. Food for fight week in Dublin.
