Lost our home to catastrophe. 8month Pregnant wife

My name is Zeb. In 2022 my wife and I bought our modest home that we loved. April 2nd 2024 it succumbed to collapse of the retaining wall. The result was our home suffering damages severe enough to keep us from going back inside. My wife is 8 months pregnant and the insurance company is unlikely to cover the costs.

We had to leave with nothing but the clothes on our backs and our elderly dog. We were able to find our cat. At this time, the power to the home had to be cut for saftey and we are waiting to see if we can return to our home. The home will need significant repairs if it is still standing by the time the rain stops. If you can spare any help, we are greatly appreciated.

The money we raise will either be used to rebuild our home (if that is a viable option), OR to find a new place to live.
