Hey everyone, my name is Adonis.

In February, I lost my mom. Before she passed, I had been her caregiver, and her loss came suddenly. In the midst of grieving, I also discovered serious housing issues that have left me at risk of becoming homeless.

At the same time, I am managing Type 1 diabetes and recovering from a recent accident, which has made it difficult to consistently access the medication and care I need. Every day has become a challenge, trying to stay in school, find work, afford food, and keep a roof over my head.

I am currently in my final semester of college, working toward my degree in Psychology and Creative Writing. Graduating this May means everything to me, but right now I am struggling just to make it through each day.

I never imagined I would be in a position where I needed to ask for help like this, but my situation has become urgent. Any support, whether it’s a donation or simply sharing this page, would truly mean the world to me.
