Help Needed to Get Back on Track After Job Loss
Donation protected
Bren never imagined herself in this position, but life has thrown her an unexpected curveball, yet again.
In May 2024, the struggling economy cost Bren her job. However, those who know her are well aware of her driven, go-getter attitude. Despite applying for countless positions and enduring numerous interviews over the past several months, she has been unable to secure new employment, forcing her to face some challenging decisions.
With her unemployment benefits exhausted and her emergency savings depleted, she has applied for other assistance programs that may provide support as a widow and single mother.
Additionally, Bren suffers from chronic finger pain due to osteoarthritis, which has severely limited the mobility and strength in her hands, making it difficult for her to perform even basic daily tasks. The combination of her pain and financial strain has caused Bren significant anxiety, stress, and sleepless nights, especially as she awaits approval for medical coverage for herself and her son.
I've been blessed to provide some financial support, along with some family and close friends, but after much prayer with Bren, I now need to humbly reach out to a wider circle to request further assistance. Any contributions, no matter the amount, would be extremely helpful in covering essential expenses such as rent, groceries, utilities, medication, gas, and car maintenance over the next few months as she strives to get back on her feet.
I don't make this request lightly, and I am sure she is deeply grateful for any and all donations. Please reach out directly with any questions or concerns, or if you want to help in other ways. As she and her family go through this challenging season, we continue to trust that God has a plan for us all.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your thoughts, prayers, consideration, and generosity. May God bless you for your faithfulness in helping Bren and her family.
