We’ve all had that one tiny mistake that spiralled into a moment of sheer panic - something small, silly, and absolutely mortifying. Lost in the Sauce is a short comedy film about Matt, a chronic overthinker who accidentally squirts ketchup all over a hooded stranger’s back. Instead of just coming clean, Matt’s brain goes into meltdown mode. With his friend Liam stirring the pot, Matt imagines every possible disastrous outcome... but will he ever see it’s just in his head?

We’re a small team of 3rd year Filmmaking students at Nottingham Trent University who love making people laugh, and we’re putting everything we’ve got into bringing this fun, chaotic story to life.
