Mom of 2 Boys Desperate for New Home

I HAVE 19 DAYS TO MOVE AS OF 4/4/25 have to be moved out completely by 5/1/2025 I have found an apartment i just need help getting the deposit and a uhual etc.

THEY GOT GRANTED POSSESSION OF WHAT WAS TO BE MY HOME!! I DESPERATELY NEED HELP TO MOVE WITH TWO KIDS AND A DOG!!

I signed a contract three years ago to buy the house I currently live in, but the owner decided at the last minute to sell it from me for cash after I had the loan ready and the money was ready for me to sign the paperwork. I'm pursuing legal action, but I'm completely broke. I gave the owner $18,000 over 3 years, but nothing was used for the house and an additional $3,000 was spent on renovations. My privacy has been completely invaded by the new owners, whom I have not met, who have been sending strangers to "inspect" my house from top to bottom without a name tag or introduction. I was served an eviction notice on March 4th, and on March 10th, I appear in court for wrongful occupation, even though I was the one who was purchasing and repairing the home! All I wanted was a safe, secure home for my kiddos and all that has been taken from me. I am devastated and I'm afraid I won't have enough money to move in 30 days, and I obviously don't want to be homeless. I have two kids and a dog. In addition to having never had a functioning furnace or air conditioner, I've simply had the worst luck with this house. There is a lot of mold, even after I've replaced the stove, hot water tank, piping, and attempted to fix the furnace several times. At this point, I just want to leave, but I've spent all of my money on the house that was sold, so I'm broke and have nowhere to go. Any help would be extremely appreciated in every single way!!
