Hi my name is Lacey Gottfriedson, my mom Robin and I are creating this fundraiser on behalf of my family members, the Goodwater-Paul’s, who tragically lost their home and all of their belongings in the Bradley Creek wildfire.

In a matter of hours, they went from the comfort and security of their home to having only the clothes they were able to leave with. They are currently staying with family in Kamloops while they begin to navigate the overwhelming process of rebuilding their lives.

This fundraiser is important to me because no family should have to face such a devastating loss alone. While no amount of money can replace the memories, treasured belongings, or the home they lost, it can help ease some of the financial burden during this incredibly difficult time and remind them that they have a community standing beside them.

All funds raised will go directly to the family to help cover immediate needs such as clothing, toiletries, medications, food, and other everyday essentials, as well as temporary living expenses and the cost of replacing household items as they begin to rebuild.
