My friend Amy and her 3 sons were displaced by a fire this morning in Thorndale, ON.

Dustin, her one son was up and on his computer and smelled the fire starting. He saved his mom and his 1 brothers Bradens life by his quick reaction to get everyone out of the house. Including their dog.

Luckily their other brother Devon was not at home at the time.

The smoke detectors were functioning, but did not go off.

Amy recently separated from her partner of 30 years and just found out 2 weeks ago her ex had cancelled the tenant insurance.

She was just in the process of signing with a new company, but did not have the policy active yet.

Her and her 3 boys are currently staying in a motel that Red Cross put them up in for 3 nights.

After that, they have nowhere to go.

Amy has helped many people countless times in her life when people have been in need, and done so very selflessly.

She is an amazing person and deserves all the help people can give her and her boys.
