Lost and don’t know where to turn.

Hi my name is Delano DeSilva, I’m 45 years old and have been independent since the age of 18. I was diagnosed with end stage renal kidney disease at 33 years old, thus stopping me from being able to hold a full time job because I now need dialysis 3 times a week for 4 hours a session. Although I’m recovering adequate dialysis, I’ve been on the machine for 12 years. Taking theses treatments although they are life saving it has its draw backs and side effects. This past March I was told that due to long term dialysis, I am suffering from Hypo-osmolality and (Hyponatremia) translation, Mitral valve disease, this is over worked valve’s in the heart. So on May 25th I had a MVR (Mitral Valve Replacement) and a (Tricuspid valve Annuloplasty ring) on left Atrial appendage clip placement. Through the grace of god I made it through the extensive 6hr surgery. Now it’s recovery time. Being new to the heart disease game did not know the recovery time is three months. I can’t walk on my own. I just now starting to be able to breathe on my own. I have to have care around the clock, I don’t know what I’m going to do as far as money for co-pays, bills, etc. and I’m asking for a little help. In this time of need, I’m turning to the world, because at this time I have no one to turn to that can financially assist me. Please if there’s anything you can spare, I greatly appreciate it. I was able to get meals on wheels to join my journey, I hope I can walk this long road of recovery with you. Thank you in advance. If you are unable to assist financially, prayers are just as good.
