Loss of wages and medical fund for Kathy Newberry

Kathy is a single, hard working woman who has recently found out it is necessary for her to have a rotator cuff repair.  This will require a medical leave of absence from her job for three to four months. This will leave her in a financial crisis and I am asking for your help.  

This money will be used to help pay her house and car payments, heat, electricity, phone, and groceries during the time she is off.  If there is any money left over, it will go towards any medical expenses acquired during this time.
