Loss of Nola Grierson’s Home

This go fund me is to raise money for expenses from the loss of Nola Grierson’s home. The funds raised will be used with the cost of tearing down and rebuilding a place to live. Many people have reached out to me asking about setting up something to help her. She is a widow lady that has spent her life working hard, serving the Lord, and helping others in any way that she can. On March 25th, she had to get out of her house due to major structural damage after a storm. The engineers report indicated it was due to the foundation and age of the home that caused the damage. My mom has put almost $100,000 into preserving our family home which is all lost. Insurance did not give her a penny. We tried fighting it since they still charged her and raised her premiums each year, but it just wasn’t covered. We’ve also had other estimates on repairing, however it would cost the same as tearing down and building something small. In the last couple years she lost my dad due to Covid, retired, is 68 years old, and now this happened. It is just devastating. I do not understand why…but pray that the Lord lays it on people’s hearts to be a blessing to her as she has always been to others.
