Hello, my name is Wes Bates. I am raising money to help support my family while I am out of work due to cancer. I have squamous cell carcinoma of the brain, lung, and pelvic area. As of now, May 2, 2023 I have yet to go back to  work and have had 5 seizures in the last 9 days. I’ve been in the hospital the last 14 out of 15 days. They have ran multiple tests, including a MRI and a CT scan. The CT scan did come back with what they think could be possible pneumonia or new spots/ spread of the cancer and the MRI is showing swelling around the brain. Scans were dropped off at the cancer center this morning to find out more.
