Losing my mane for Might & Mane (mental health)

Four years ago I shaved my head for charity (see photo to the left). Since then my hair has evidently grown back and I have decided to do it again.
I am supporting Might & Mane, a local charity started here in Sydney. In November 2017 Might & Mane raised $30,000 through crowdfunding. In August 2018, they were registered as an official charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission.
Might & Mane's mission: getting blokes checking in on their mental health as often as they get their hair cut.
How? They are running training programs for Aussie barbers, where they teach them skills in safe conversation and the knowledge of existing help services so they can successfully assist clients and normalise the conversation on mental health.
Two quick facts about mental health:
1. In Australia, 75% of suicides are men.
2. Globally, every minute, a man dies by suicide.
These facts really hit home, I would be shattered to lose a family member/friend because they didn't feel they could access the necessary services for help.
Might & Mane are taking action right here in Sydney and hope to one day connect with all barbers across Australia, therefore giving every man getting a haircut an opportunity to have a conversation on mental health.
Last time I shaved my head, I raised ~$3000. I have set an ambitious target of $7000, but a wise man once told me, if you don't ask, you don't get.
If ending a 4 year relationship with my mane is not sufficient, I will also be tackling the Port Macquarie IM70.3 (yes only half) on Sunday May 5, marking my return to running after a 16 month spell of injury (two knee surgeries).
I plan to shave my head the weekend before the race (April 27/28), less than 4 weeks from now.
Any donations are much appreciated and go toward a fantastic cause.
