Losing my leg changed my life But I won't give up

Hi my name is Doug Shaw, my friends call me Jay. On May 2nd at 9:15pm my life was changed in a major way. Me and couple of my friends were riding our motorcycles, when a driver in a black car cut us off trying to get in front, no turn signal nothing. He cause 1 of my friends to slip and drop her bike causing me to run right into her back my bike flipped in the air I pushed my passenger off so they would not be hurt but I wish I could say the same for me. My bike came down on the back of a tractor trailer that the police told us was. Parked illegal, my right leg was severed off from above my knee. My right shoulder broke hip fractured and so much road rashes. By the time they rushed me to ER the doc pronounced me dead at 9:55pm from loosing so much blood my body was down to 5oz of blood left in my body. As they race in time to bring me back it was prayers in god that brought me back to life. Now I'm still here in the hospital trying to fight so hard to get better, but Monday a blood vain burst in the leg causing internal bleeding I had to get rush surgery to drain blood n stop me from bleeding out. This is the most scariest thing I have ever been through being depressed is and understatement. I have no clue how I'm going to afford these meds or this prosthetic leg.i have done so much research and they can see so expensive. I don't know what to do. I'm a single father taking care of my 2 daughters and grandson I really need your help please,god kept me here on earth for a reason and I promise to find out why. I just really need help for medical bills and prosthetic leg my life will never be the same but I am going to try and make the best of it. Please help. Thank you.
