I am a friend of Lorne and Marilyn McNulty.
Lorne and Marilyn are people with a heart. They have encouraged and supported many people throughout the years. This would include Lorne's mom and stepfather, who are currently living with them. Lorne and Marilyn are hard working, loving people and they just can't catch a break.
Lorne has had a rough year. This is his 3rd stay at the hospital. Major heart surgery is ahead, but there is need for a special medication that will cost about $4000. His health insurance will not cover it and the hospital isn't either!!! So at this point, they've had to turn that treatment down because they can't afford it. This medication is needed to build up his blood cells fast for his upcoming bypass surgery.
In addition, he has no more sick time and is the primary breadwinner in the family....so.....they are in a pickle. The recovery time after a bypass surgery can be extensive. Does that sound like they could use a little help?
If you are able to spare a few dollars, (which is hard these days) it would be SO appreciated. I can only imagine how much that would mean to them.
Thank you again for even considering aiding them at this difficult time. If you aren't able to help out financially, don't feel bad! Share the link and keep them in your prayers. You can also lend them lots of emotional support. May we prove to be "brothers borne for times of distress." (Prov 17:17)
