Aloha family and friends! My sisters and I are reaching out from the “mainland” on behalf of our amazing mother, Lori Powers. Over the past month she has survived the ultimate, unfathomable nightmare. She just lost her home and all of her personal belongings in the Lahaina fire. She narrowly escaped with only the clothes she was wearing and her beloved canine companion Coach’s ashes, who passed away just a few weeks ago. If you know our mom, you’d agree that she is the most selfless, kindest, and positive ray of light, who always has a smile on her face. The events that took place this past week have left our family utterly heartbroken for our loving mother. This fundraiser is in efforts to keep her light and smile shining bright. Our goal is to help her get back on her feet and start rebuilding her new “normal”. We appreciate you all for your unconditional love and support! MAHALO!
