I'm Paul Rennerfeldt and this account is for the benefit of my cousin Lori Haugen and her two daughters Anna & Emma. My cousin is an amazingly strong single mother who has raised two beautiful girls ages 13 & 7. Enjoying time with family has always been a top priority for Lori followed closely by being the most loyal MN Twins fan that you will ever meet.
Lori and I are the same age, 38, which is why I feel a special bond with her growing up together & seeing each other over the years at family functions. Our family has a great sense of humor and we honestly have the best times together. We spend the majority of our time together making each other laugh until we cry or one of the girls snorts (which I've determined must be hereditary).
My cousin Lori has courageously fought cancer and was diagnosed 3 years ago . Lori has been admitted to hospice care this week in Brooklyn Park, MN and all of us that know and love Lori are trying to grasp the reality of this step. Last week, there was a man from our church who shared his journey which has been filled with tragedy over the past several years, including the loss of his 16 year old daughter from a car accident and also now fighting cancer himself. He referenced Proverbs 3:5; "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding" and those words speak to the hearts of all of us who know and love Lori and her girls.
I'm asking you to consider making a donation of any amount that you feel appropriate to help assist Lori & her girls as they need financial support for medical bills, day-to-day living expenses, but most importantly for Anna & Emma and their future needs & college education. Please consider making a donation which would make a world of difference to my cousin Lori and her girls.
