Lorie, Kevin and their children live north of Yorkton, SK and are pregnant with their 4th child, whom they have named Kiera. Lorie is due mid July and doctors have found Kiera to have a rare heart condition called Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (see link for info).

Kiera’s case is a severe one, and could result in many weeks or months in a Toronto hospital for extra care. In the next month the Diduck family will be travelling back to Toronto for more tests and to be with their medical team that will deliver Kiera. As Kiera’s condition cannot be fully known until she is born, they do not know how long they will be in Toronto after the birth. Regardless of how long they stay, the family will be burdened with loss of income, flights, accommodation costs and medical bills.

We are not specifying a goal for raising funds as there are too many unknowns at this time. The Diduck family will be blessed by any donations they receive!
