Lori Snyder's Fight on Stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer

Hi my name is Kyland Taylor, and I have known Lori Snyder ever since I was a kid. She has always been an inspiration to all and is a kind and gentle soul. This Fundraiser is for her breast cancer and to help her pay for the serious expenses she has regarding this fight for her life back.

Here are the words from her daughter Cambria Troiano,

"In 2023 she was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer and in an attempt to prevent the cancer from spreading she underwent a mastectomy with the removal of her lymph nodes. Soon after recovery she still wasn’t feeling back to normal, she was having trouble breathing as well as having swelling and pain in her arm and hip. For almost 6 months her doctors and specialists in Oklahoma dismissed her concerns/complaints, she was told she was only overweight and depressed.

In June 2024, almost a year after her surgery, she was visiting her husband in California for their anniversary and unexpectedly ended up in the emergency room where the doctors discovered a DVT in her arm and found that her right lung was halfway filled with fluid. Finally we had real answers to why she was feeling so bad. She stayed in the hospital for about a week having a chest tube put in, undergoing many tests, and being treated for her DVT.

After many diagnostic tests she has been diagnosed with Stage 4 metastatic breast cancer.

For the time being, she will be staying in California where she has access to better doctors and treatments.

Lori Snyder is the most giving, loving, caring person you’ll meet. She has spent her whole life taking care of her family and friends with everything she has. She is a wonderful wife, mother, sister, daughter, caregiver, friend, and believer. Please keep her and her family in your prayers.

Unfortunately through all of this she has not had any medical insurance. Between surgery/procedures, hospital stay, tests, treatments, and appointments, we are overwhelmed with past medical bills and are dreading future ones as well. We have been scrambling to get insurance as soon as possible but these processes often take a long time.
