Lori Kelly Paradise Camp Fire Fund

My sister, Lori Kelly (née Forberg), a long-time Paradise, CA resident and registered nurse at Feather River Hospital, recently lost everything she had in the Paradise Camp Fire. Thankfully, she and the rest of our family who live in Paradise, along with their pets, were safely evacuated to our hometown of Chico. She made it out just in time, but was only able to grab a few pieces of clothing and her pets before evacuating. Her significant other, Mike, stayed behind and watched her home quickly be reduced to rubble. Mike is safe, as well, but was trapped in Paradise in the midst of the fire for most of the day. The photos of her home below are from video he filmed of the fire at her house.Besides losing her home and a lifetime of belongings and memories (some irreplaceable), she likely lost her job at Feather River Hospital, which was also severely damaged in the fire. She is now homeless and trying to secure temporary housing.

My sister is such a generous person and has always taken care of our family, especially me, her little sister. Our family is hurting for her as she embarks upon rebuilding her home and her entire life.

Because of my sister’s current situation, including a lack of physical address, she has asked me to manage these funds.
