On October 12th, Lori was admitted into the hospital and October 14th was placed on a ventilator due to complications of COVID. She has reached the end of her paid time off and her long term disability is not effective for 11 weeks (3 months). Meanwhile, medical bills are piling up on top of on going expenses and it is unknown of how long her recovery and rehab time will be.
She is off the ventilator as of October 27th but has lots of therapy and strength building to over come before she can return home.
