LOREN’S LEGACY

On Sunday, February 14, Loren Spivey was the victim of a terrible tragedy. At 14 years old, his life was just beginning. Avid skateboarder, awesome gymnast, wonderful little brother and larger-than-life cousin, his life ended far too soon. While many questions will forever be unanswered, his family, on his behalf,  chose to sit with him through five heart breaking days in the hospital preparing to donate his organs to other recipients: Giving Life from the Life that was taken from them. To Honor Loren’s memory, and his family’s selfless act, I ask you to search your heart in contributing to his legacy. This page was placed on my heart and I followed the call. It is created to ease any burdens that need to be eased for this grieving family, and to also allow them to set up any type of memorial for this sweet boy in the future. Mental Health issues are in the forefront of our society more often now, but please check on your friends and loved ones for Depression, Anxiety and Suicidal Tendencies. We do not need to lose anymore of our children.
